After almost 3 decades in international staffing and recruitment, I returned to my roots in September 2022. We founded BlueGrid – Talent Solutions – as the go-to address for both local and international candidates, looking for career opportunities, and clients, looking to grow their organisation.

That is what drives me: being in close contact with talents and clients and finding perspectives for both. I love working in the diverse and dedicated team that we are, celebrating successes and grow.

I am an experienced recruiter with a demonstrated history of working in the staffing and recruiting industry. Experienced working in broad range of industries such as FMCG, automotive, printing and insurance. In BlueGrid, I am working towards providing better services to our clients and candidates.  

What I like about my role in BlueGrid is – To contact with international candidates and support them to grab the opportunities. Working within our team gives me opportunity to learn new things.

A seasoned Talent Acquisition and Development specialist with 25+ years’ experience.
After working as global L&D manager for a decade, where I was teaching new joiners how to recruit, I felt passionate to start working in Talent Acquisition again myself.

Finding fulfilment and joy in work is important to our overall well-being. My aim is to assist our candidates in finding a role in which they can thrive. Like I am thriving working with this great team at BlueGrid.
